The Lake is lowered every three (3) years to allow for maintenance of the Dam and for members to complete dock and Lake Wall repairs. Members are reminded to consult the Rules and Regulations for work that requires Management Committee Review/Approval.

The next Lake Draw Down will occur in 2024. Planned Lake Lowerings are scheduled in 2027, 2030, 2033, 2036, 2039...and so on.

The Lake Lowering begins on or around September 15th and lasts until January/February to allow the winter freeze to assist in killing off vegitation around the Lake Edge.
